John Boyko is President and CEO of Structure Exhibits, Inc. – a Marketing and Event Management company which helps brands like Square, Paypal and Adobe define their identity and promote their products through fabricated environments, graphics, interactives and digital elements at trade shows and events across the globe. 

With offices in Las Vegas, NV and Chicago, IL, John and his team of skilled professionals have handled thousands of events for their clients over the past 20 years. In the early years of Structure’s tenure, in order to quench his thirst for building and development of brands, John also headed, Tyrant Snowboards, a snow sports company specializing in the custom design of snowboards for a niche market within the industry. 

Later John and a few other colleagues in the music industry, started Empire Reign, a management company that assisted in the procurement of contracts between bands, band members, booking/talent agencies and record labels. In his spare time John enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa and two daughters, Sydnee and Ariana. He also dabbles in collecting and modifying cars, rock crawling and overlanding in his Jeep, mountain biking, snowboarding and boating with his family.
