Life By Music is honored to kick off the 2025 Las Vegas Greek Food Festival on Friday, September 26th with the Torch Relay! All proceeds come right back to helping us provide music education and music resources to at-risk youth, teens and veterans in our community.
Life By Music and the 26.2 Mile Marathon Torch Relay
This year, Life By Music has the honor of being the named beneficiary of the festival’s Marathon Torch Relay. A 26.2‑mile route kicking off Friday, September 26 at 3:30 PM as part of the opening ceremony.
Every mile of the relay can be sponsored or completed by individuals, families, businesses, or causes. Walk, run, skate, or cruise, you pick! Each mile helps raise funds to support music programs for at‑risk youth, teens, and veterans, continuing Life By Music’s mission to inspire the next generation through the power of music.

About the Las Vegas Greek Food Festival
Hosted by St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, this year’s festival will occur Friday, September 26 through Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 5300 S. El Camino Road in Las Vegas.
Three days packed with delicious Greek cuisine, live music, cultural exhibits, shopping, family fun, church tours, raffle opportunities and a special charitable Torch Relay to light things up!
Established in 1973, this annual tradition brings authentic Greek food from savory souvlaki and gyros to aromatic lamb, pastitsio, spanakopita, and baklava paired with traditional Greek music, dance performances, children’s activities, tours of the Byzantine-style church, and a bustling Greek marketplace full of imported crafts and goods.
Drawing in community members and visitors alike, festival organizers strive to share the true spirit of philoxenia aka Greek hospitality and immerse people in the richness of Greek culture. Admission is complimentary for active military, first responders, veterans, and immediate family.
